How to Order

Refunds on Downloads

There are no refunds given on downloads, all sales are final. We will gladly correct any mistakes in the download pattern by issuing another download of the same pattern if necessary. It is the responsibility of the receiver to have plenty of paper and ink to print out a download if they choose to. Arbee Designs will not be responsible for printer crashes or computer glitches.

Credit Card Purchases

Payments are performed using PayPal's secure online transaction system. PayPal accepts all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). A PayPal account is not required.

To use a credit card for payment: click on the "Buy Now" button to pay directly or the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your cart. You will then need to click on the "Proceed to Pay" button in the cart to make your purchase. Use your Credit Card or PayPal account to make the purchase. Alternatively, you can request your order in an email by contacting us using our Contact Form or the email address below and we will send you an electronic account. Do NOT include your credit card details within the email for security reasons. 

You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase it is just more convenient for you to have one.

If you are having any problem at all making the purchase, email us with your order and we will send you an e-invoice. This usually solves 99% of all issues.

Didn't Receive Your Download?

Please check your spam folder for the download email. If you still cannot find it please ensure you have our email arbee @ arbeedesigns.com (with spaces removed) in your contacts and use the contact form to notify us adding the details of your order. We will send you a copy of the download notification you missed or a new link.
