How to Order

Credit Card Purchases

To use a credit card for payment, your purchase will be conducted through PayPal in US dollars by clicking on "Buy" button or you can request your order in an email by contacting us at: Orders@arbeedesigns.com and we will send you a PayPal account. Do NOT include your credit card details within the email for security reasons.

Paying by Check

We accept checks and money orders made out to Arbee Designs, in US or NZ dollars.

When payment is made by check, please list full details of your order including the amount of units, dollars and color choice, if applicable. Do not forget to include the shipping & handling charge as well as your mailing address so we know where to send your order. Enclose this with your check and send to the appropriate address below.

Please note: orders will not be sent until checks and money orders are bank cleared. 

Shipping

All product pricing on this website does not including shipping and handling charges.

When pruchasing with credit card shipping and handling will automatically be charged through paypal.

When purchasing with check or money order, please include the appropriate shipping and handling charge as shown.

All pattern orders over $25.00 will be shipped free.**
Purchases of less than $25.00 within NZ and North America will have a charge of $5.00
Purchases of less than $25.00 to be shipped to Canada and Australia will have a charge of $6.00
Purchases of less than $25.00 to be shipped to any other country will have a charge of $7.50

Delivery for orders will be sent via NZ Post or USPS using standard post unless advised otherwise. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise notified.

Note: Downloads and online classes require no shipping and handling charges. These will not be included in your total for calculating shipping rates.

Postage rates for kits

Kits and quilt prices exclude delivery charges.

Orders within New Zealand and USA: $5.00 each kit
Orders from Australia and Canada: $7.00 each kit
Orders from the rest of the World: $10.00 each kit

Other rates

Large orders will be sent at parcel rates and will depend on size and weight. Please contact us at info@arbeedesigns.com for further details.

** Free shipping: Arbee Designs is responsible for the standard shipping charges only. The buyer shall bare any expense for customs entry fee (most small packages have no customs fee) and shipping above the standard charge.
