This quilt pattern can be made to include the applique or it can be left plain to enhance a decorative quilting design instead. It has an easy to piece center with borders. An applique flowering vine makes up an interesting border on point. The large double flowers are highlighted with bright turquoise centers, all the colors deplicting those of the chosen theme fabric.

Purple Dawn was made with Hoffman fabrics and was displayed in the Hoffman Fabric booth at Spring Market 2012. This design would look great in any seasonal fabrics including Christmas colors.
